The errors come in a regulary frequence like a pulsation. They are at this print every 7mm. This 7 mm continiou as well at the corners. I worked here with PLA on the 0.4 Nozzle at 195°C and 20 mm/s on x and y. I tried out everything. I realy don't know how to continue. Maybe you have an idea? What are your setting within the Marlin firmware for the extruder? Do you work with 12 or 24V

What steps/mm setting do you have for the extruder in your configuration.h file? (can you upload the file?)

If the problem is related to underpowered stepper motor - you may have to adjust the stepper driver`s current setting.

Do you use a fan to cool down your stepper drivers?

      Hi,

It seams that you have the same combination of extruder, hotend and Board like me. I've have also the hexagon 1,75 with the bullldog light and the Rumba board. I work with 24V. But ub to know I was not able to get a good print. My problem is, that the extruder seams to pusate. It is hard to explain. Maybe you can take a look to the pictures posted here: http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?252,453466

      Hi Oyvind,

I have started experimenting with a Rumba board and was wondering how I could define a fifth axis to independently control a fifth stepper (X,Y,Z,E and Q)? What changes would I need to make in the firmware (Marlin) and Slic3r to recognize and generate, respectively, g-codes with the fifth axis (Q)? 4th and 5th steppers for 2 independent FDM extruders.

      Thank you for your help.

I have enabled the following command #define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER in Marlin. Firstly after enabling the #define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER,

But still it was showing only green light if it is connected with PC by USB port. If I remove the USB port, then it does not show anything like power off. But my RUMBA control board is connected with 12V and 30 Amps power supply.

What is the problem , Please sir help me/.........
