    Hi all,Hi have some problem with reflash marlin on my Arduino Mega.
    I follow the guide at link: reprap.org/wiki/RepRapDiscount_Smart_Controller#Marlin_V1_.28new.29
    I have downloaded Marlin V1.0 from link:github.com/ErikZalm/Marlin
    If I change the line 306 (and only when I change this line) “#define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_SMART_CONTROLLER” (just remove the // at the beginning) when I try to upload Marlin V1 on My RAMPS 1.4 I receive this errors messages ultralcd.cpp: In function 'void lcd_tune_menu()':
    ultralcd.cpp:254: error: 'HEATER_0_MAXTEMP' was not declared in this scope
    ultralcd.cpp: In function 'void lcd_control_temperature_menu()'
    :ultralcd.cpp:447: error: 'HEATER_0_MAXTEMP' was not declared in this scope
    ultralcd.cpp:460: error: 'HEATER_0_MAXTEMP' was not declared in this scope
    ultralcd.cpp:461: error: 'HEATER_0_MAXTEMP' was not declared in this scope
    ultralcd.cpp: In function 'void lcd_control_temperature_preheat_pla_settings_menu()'
    :ultralcd.cpp:483: error: 'HEATER_0_MAXTEMP' was not declared in this scope
    ultralcd.cpp: In function 'void lcd_control_temperature_preheat_abs_settings_menu()':
    ultralcd.cpp:498: error: 'HEATER_0_MAXTEMP' was not declared in this scope

    Please Can you help me?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    you need to set a correct thermistor for your heater 0, it's right now probably 0.

    Hi,
    I know this is an older thread. However, I have the same problem. I'm using this with a CNC configuration so I don't have a setting for the termistor. Can you tell me a work around to get this to compile?
