No ticket reasponses?

    A week ago I opened up a ticket about a RAMPS 1.4 board I need to have replaced, I have only received one reply from customer service concerning some trouble shooting I should do before confirming that the board is still not working. It's been several days now since a reply. Has anyone else had trouble getting tickets worked out?

    The same for me... I opened 2 tickets on different issues, and I didn't get an answer.

    I have also experienced poor customer support. I entered a ticket and, while they did actually respond, it was obvious that they had not read the details I had entered in my ticket. For support I can personally recommend the Reprap forums (that was how I managed to solve my problem) or the Google groups related to 3D printers.
