Have started a small project where the goal is to get remote access to my 3D Printer (OrdBot Hadron + Rumba).
Earlier I planned to use my BeagleBone, but I do not have the time to mess with Linux to get it up and running, so I ordered a Raspberry Pi + PiCam + WiFi module - there is a ready to use OctoPrint Linux config for Raspberry-PI.

My Rumba controller connects to USB on Raspberry-Pi
With this setup, I can use my printer as before, or control my printer from a remote computer/phone/tablet, get live webcam feed or create timelapse movie, control a relay board from RPi to turn the printer on/off, and more.

    - Rumba controller.
    - Raspberry-Pi modB-512M
    - Raspberry-Pi Camera module v 1.3
    - Elements14 WiPi (USB Wi-Fi module)

    Placed the order yesterday

I`ll keep this thread updated with my progress and end results if anyone is interested?
