I've killed my fan - like your sticky said, don't reverse the polarity! Where can I get a drop-in replacement (low profile, side exhaust)?

I would like to know as well, My fan also died.. (Not sure why...) But I need a replacement fan, I've looked and can not find a replacement of a generic type.

I've asked twice over the last two weeks via the contact form on the site... but have not heard back. The lack of response is not reassuring...

I just blew up my fan. I have a feeling it is 5v. not 12v smoke just came out of it. Where can I find a replacement?

I sent you twice an email by the contact form from the website. (Januari 12 and Januari 17)
I get no response, so now I try it this way.
By accident I blew-up the fan from the Bulldog Lite extruder (see the text of the mail and the picture I sent you).
How can I get (order) an new one?

And can you give me an answer about the fan flow?

    Message: Hi,

I bought an OrdBod Hydron kit by your company.
And later on an Bulldog Lite extruder by Indiegogo.
I send you an email via your website, using the contact form and never heard again.
This is the problem I have:

I Have blow-up the fan from the Bulldog Lite extruder.
When I powered the extruder the fan has an air flow like the blue arrow (A) see picture.
I though it was wrong, It had to be like (B).
So I change the power cable.
    Then the fan burned.
    2 questions:
How can i order an new fan.
And how must the air flow going on.

I have a fan on the new BulldoG Extruder light that came and simly wont work..
No smoke either.. it just doesnt work..
Where can I get another one?
Maybe you can send me a few extras with the next extruder order?
I could send them to people in Europe who have the same problems..
Please reply.... this is a great extruder except for the fan issue..
