I have my kossel mini up and running fine with:
    repetier 0.95 host
    repetier 0.91 firmware
I have been printing through the usb connection without any problems.
The firmware was setup properly though the online configuration utility and the when the SD card is inserted into the slot it is acknowledged and I can scroll though the menus but it won't show any files, let alone .gcode files on the card.
I have 2 cards a lexar 32 gig class 6 . It gets recognized but still no files are recognized
The secong file is a 4 gig older sd card that does not indicate class on "150x" on it. It also is recognized by the smart controller, yet again no files are recognized.

Is this an issue of card format (they are fat32)?
Do these need to be setup somehow to be recognized by the controller.
There is a SD card management utility in repetier host but it does not recognize any card in the controller.( I don't even know if the management utility is for the card in the smart controller or a card inserted into the computer, THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS)

let's try something simple first: What is the exact filename format and extension that must be used for the card.
Then we will troubleshoot after that.

Thanks for any input or guidance

I got it to work but only the 32 gig newer card worked.
