This doesn't mean that you need to consume more food; this means that you need to have a balanced diet. Try taking protein supplements and vitamins to build muscle faster.You need to be mindful of your caloric intake, if you want to build muscle. You want to only consume food that provides healthy calories for muscle building while avoiding foods that are bad for you. Maintaining an unhealthy diet will prevent you from gaining muscle and will likely cause you to be overweight.
